“From time to time, it’s always great to take a moment, stop and embrace your surroundings. Not only does it put into perspective the fact that you’ve come far, but it also creates a personal sense of being and achieving as well,” says Ryan Pearson, Managing Director of DAP Acquisitions. Throughout this busy and productive time for DAP Acquisitions, with the move to Chicago, it’s been very special to us. Recently a few of our firm’s representatives joined the Managing Director, Ryan Pearson on a flight over Chicago. At this time a bond was created and sense of group accomplishment. This type of effect only happens when the best and hardworking team members are present and are proud of their current status and presence in the business world.
“It’s being surrounded by successful and like-minded individuals that drive us more efficiently to our goals. Gazing over Chicago and admiring the next location for DAP Acquisitions has shown potential and a sense of happiness,” says Ryan Pearson of DAP Acquisitions. The business partners also spent time discussing future goals and personal goals. Together it puts everything into scale and perspective. Bringing ideas together and putting matching mindsets to work, helps build a lifetime bond. “This is important to have with your business partners because they, as a team, will contribute to progress everything forward. It helps to create unity and know that you are not alone and a lot of others want the same for your company, just as you do!” says Ryan Pearson, Managing Director of DAP Acquisitions.
The business partners also made sure to use this time to focus on what they want in life, their goals and how they will achieve everything together. This helps solidify their personal and professional goals as they work on their relationship with each other in the business world. “There’s always strength in numbers, and with confidence, a team will be able to accomplish anything,” says Ryan Pearson of DAP Acquisitions. Vince Lombardi had once said, “Individual commitment to a group effort–that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work.” This what we believe in at DAP and this moment of unity over Chicago, gazing down at what’s to come and reflecting on what’s here at the moment — inspires us!
