Thanksgiving is one of the best holidays here in America. The best part about it is that if nothing it’s a valid reason to spend time with your family. Recently, DAP Acquisitions CEO, Ryan Pearson went back home to New Jersey for Thanksgiving. “Thanksgiving means that we put an importance towards the family. The people that raised us and gave us a home, an environment to be in, education all these factors make family so crucially important. They are to be respected not just for Thanksgiving but for every day. However, Thanksgiving has become a tradition to spend with family every year, and there is just something special about holding up traditional values,” mentions Ryan Pearson of DAP Acquisitions.
It’s good to be grateful for having traditions because most people don’t do anything for the holidays. There are several individuals we know of that don’t feel like they can go anywhere or do anything. Various factors contribute to this dilemma and because of that families become disconnected, and relationships become weaker. “Our motto is that if we can keep with up traditions and make sure to value those that have done the most for us, we can do the same for them. It helps us as human beings, stay connected and engaged with everyone that’s our family and friends,” says Ryan Pearson of DAP Acquisitions.
Traditions help pass on importance values, and they often bring a sense of safety and space. Growing up in an environment where love fills the air is the best type of holiday season. Our CEO was excited to head back home for Thanksgiving and it he mentions that it was great seeing everyone he cares about in one space, enjoying a meal together. It’s a blessing to be able to feel thankful and carry on those actions. We’re excited about December and Christmas next!
